I absolutely love this fic. Tender without being trite, that lovely love/hate thing between Louis and Lestat and the little irony; "don't act like it was a gift."

That was deeply adorable, and also adorably grumpy. I mean, maybe less adorable when you consider where the grumpiness got Lestat, but still. For the moment.
